Blu3 DAO sponsored 42 talented women and nonbinary builders through our Blu3 Hacks program during ETHBogota and Devcon from October 5th to Oct 15th. Blu3 Hacks Bogota was a collaboration between Blu3 DAO, CryptoMujeresDAO, and FemmeFinanceNYC. The program resulted in 1 hackathon team as hackathon finalists, 11 bounty winning hack teams, and over $20,000 in hacker prizes.

ETH BOGOTA

Oct 5 : Hackers arrive to Bogota.

On the first day our hackers arrived, people had free time to explore the city and get settled. Later that evening we all joined together to get to know each other in a more intimate setting and we had our Blu3 “TGI” (thank god it’s…) dinner!

Oct 6 : Activation Begins.

Day 1 of Blu3 Hacker Bootcamp at #Blu3House, we start with a busy day full of technical and non technical workshops for blu3 scholars.

Hackers hit the ground running, we had and ideation and strategy session were hackers start to hone in on what they are passionate about.

The ideation and strategy process is the opportunity to generate solutions by combining your understanding of the problem and the customer. Hackers team up and started brainstorming.
