Blu3 Mission

Blu3 DAO is a DAO focused on empowering women & non-binary people to earn, learn & play in web3 via mentorship, community & funding.

𝐁𝐥𝐮𝟑 𝐃𝐀𝐎’𝐬 mission is to empower womxn to learn, explore and build their careers and visions in the web3 space to achieve financial freedom. Our goal is to grow and diversify the crypto ecosystem, by focusing on an end-to-end solution that is fair and frictionless. This includes onboarding, education and direct deployment of women talents into Web3 (either as users or leaders). We are an all-inclusive women DAO, including non-binary, trans people and men.

• DAOs are a shared responsibility, with shared rewards - in order for us to flourish long-term and achieve our larger goals of helping others thrive, we need to collectively take an entrepreneurial mindset (vs employee mindset) approach to our work. This means looking for solutions, thinking long-term, while executing on short-term needs; creating sustainable revenue systems; taking the lead on tasks vs waiting to be assigned something; working to solve problems vs leaving them for someone else; asking for what you need; finding mentors for yourself and mentoring others; think about how to replace yourself - we want to build systems that can thrive without us.
